Google being Challenged by Social Sites

Google might be the king of search but for more personal questions, it is getting challenged by social networks such as Facebook and MySpace among some for more personal questions. People want answers directly from other people who have had the same experiences as them. People use Google for all kinds of search and it has shown that though it is as powerful as searches can be, it also results in very much a cacophony of results, from the totally relevant to the totally useless and malware loaded even. Security has improved greatly but with more and more sites being indexed, the realization of the semantic search engine slips by making it difficult to get a straight forward answer.
Imagine searching for the best dry-cleaners who don’t mix your clothes or other more personal questions like where do you get the best wine at the dinner table in between 6th and 5th. These questions canzonly be answered by people who have gone through the experience and with that Google tends to be on the losing side. Imagine getting a couple of million results in a split-second, as if it couldn’t get more confusing.
